Every order ships within 24 business hours. We ship to US addresses only.
Shipping options
- Standard Shipping: $5.99. Arrives in 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.
- Free Standard Shipping: on orders of $60 or more, after discounts. Arrives in 2–5 business days.
- UPS 2nd Day Air: arrives in 2 business days. Priced by UPS at checkout.
- UPS Next Day Air: arrives in 1 business day. Priced by UPS at checkout.
Processing time
Orders ship within 24 business hours of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery times count from the day your order ships. They are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays or bad weather.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Address changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email team@mgbgolf.com as soon as possible. We can update it if your order hasn't shipped yet.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email team@mgbgolf.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number (and a photo for damage), and we'll make it right.
