Not right? Send back unplayed balls within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. The return label is on us.

We reply within 1 business day with a free prepaid return label.

Send it back
Pack up the unplayed balls, stick the label on and drop the box off with the carrier.

Refund or exchange
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days, or ship your exchange.

- Anything that arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered: email us a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right

Within 24 business hours of placing it. Orders placed on a weekend or a US holiday ship the next business day.
Standard Shipping is $5.99, and free on orders of $60 or more after discounts. UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are priced by UPS at checkout.
You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Delivery times count from that day.

Returns are for unplayed balls. If a grade isn't what you expected, email us before you hit them and we'll sort it out.
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Email team@mgbgolf.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Email us as soon as you can. We'll change or cancel it if it hasn't shipped yet. Once it's on its way, you can still return it.
